EdgeScanner Live

A real-time value-bet aggregation platform monitoring odds across 40+ bookmakers simultaneously. Built a custom data pipeline that ingests, normalises, and surfaces arbitrage and expected-value opportunities across basketball and football markets. The system processes live odds feeds, applies probability modelling, and delivers ranked bet suggestions through a clean dashboard interface.

Chai Deni — Tea Farmer Debt Tracker

A mobile-first debt and transaction tracking app built for tea farmers in Kenya's smallholder sector. Designed around the reality of low-connectivity rural use — farmers can log advances, repayments, and balances offline, with sync when connection is available. Includes M-Pesa transaction reference support and farmer profile management.

Offline LMS + Exam System

Designed and deployed a complete learning management system and exam platform for a computer training centre in Nairobi — served entirely over a phone hotspot with no internet dependency. Built on Termux, the system supports student registration, course content delivery, timed exams, and result tracking. Eliminated the need for paid LMS subscriptions while improving assessment integrity.

About

I graduated with a BSc in Information Technology from the Technical University of Mombasa in 2025, with my strongest academic performance in databases, data structures, and systems design — the areas I've since turned into my professional focus.

Since graduating, I've been building in parallel: deploying real infrastructure for a community education centre in Nairobi, building data pipelines for sports analytics, and publishing technical writing on data engineering through my publication Cold Informatica. I don't separate learning from building — every project is a production deployment.

My long-term direction is data engineering and data infrastructure — specifically the pipeline layer: ingestion, transformation, storage, and the systems that make data queryable at scale. I'm drawn to problems where the data itself is the constraint, not just the downstream model or dashboard.

Outside engineering, I run Coldd Analytics, a football analytics brand producing stat cards and match intelligence content on Instagram. It keeps my data instincts sharp and my design eye honest.

Teach foundational IT and computer literacy to adult learners — MS Office, internet skills, basic programming concepts.
Designed and deployed an offline LMS over a local hotspot network using Termux and Flask — eliminating the centre's dependence on external internet for course delivery.
Built a classroom exam system with student registration, timed assessments, and automated result reporting served over a phone hotspot to 20+ simultaneous users.
Produced a full curriculum of branded educational PDF series for student reference across hardware, software, email, and version control modules.

Architected and built EdgeScanner Live from scratch — a sports odds aggregation platform integrating 40+ bookmakers via API and scraping pipelines.
Designed the Pre-Match Tactical Modelling and Probability Engine (PTMPE): a formal technical system for EV calculation, market probability normalisation, and bet ranking.
